New Storm OS Brings Full Keyboard in Portrait

The BlackBerry Storm hasn’t lost its charm yet. And RIM has a new OS for Storm customers. Version 4.7.0.90 has been leaked and it should be available for download. Both 9500 and 9530 versions can use the new OS and the main feature seems to be a QWERTY keyboard in portrait mode. The overall stability has been increased, but you’d have to confirm that for yourself. After all every new OS is supposed to fix previous bugs and improve stability.Besides the keyboard there’s one more important feature which will save you some battery power. In lock mode the screen won’t be turned on with every touch. The simplest way of checking it out is to install it. And if you do feel like taking a chance with this one, tell us how OS 4.7.0.90 is working for you.” via mobilewhack.com
